James A. May II
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. May joined the organization in 2008.
Education: Mr. May holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Boise State University.
Career: Prior to REC Silicon, Mr. May worked for Hewlett Packard, was a partner in a Pocatello, Idaho regional public accounting firm, and was the Director of Finance for European Operations and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Chemical Division of Kerr-McGee.
Executive Legal Officer
Ms. Schultz joined the organization in 2012.
Education: Ms. Schultz holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas.
Career: Prior to REC Silicon, Ms. Schultz represented a wide range of large energy corporations at international law firm, Vinson and Elkins LLP, and served as in-house counsel at ExxonMobil Corporation.
Sr. Vice President EG Polysilicon and Silicon Gases
Mr. Levens joined the organization in 2002.
Education: Bachelor of Science, United States Military Academy at West Point.
Career: Mr. Levens has held executive and managerial positions in Commercial, Operations and Maintenance, Projects and General Management in the Electronic Materials-Gases and Petroleum industries.
Vice President - FBR Polysilicon Sales
Mr. Sutton joined the organization in 1991.
Career: Mr. Sutton has held progressive operational and managerial positions in manufacturing, quality, and commercial throughout his career with REC Silicon. His focus during the past ten years in the Commercial group has been product management, sales, and planning.
Dr. Stein Julsrud
Vice President of Research & Development
Dr. Julsrud joined the organization in 2011.
Education: Dr. Julsrud holds a M.Sc. and Doctor Technicae from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Career: Prior to REC Silicon, Dr. Julsrud worked as a Research Associate for the University of Chicago, Assistant Professor for NTNU, Principal Scientist for Norsk Hydro, and Technology Manager for REC Wafer. During the time of employment for Norsk Hydro and REC Wafer he was also Associate Professor at NTNU.
Vice President Business Development
Ms. Sullivan joined the organization in January 2010.
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance) & Bachelor of Laws (Honors), University of Melbourne, Admitted to practice in NY and CA.
Career: Prior to joining the organization, Ms. Sullivan was a senior attorney in the Renewable Energy & Projects Group of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCoy, a leading New York law firm, and has worked extensively on complex energy projects in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Vice President of Moses Lake Operations
Mr. Johnson joined the organization in 1995.
Education: Mr. Johnson holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
Career: Mr. Johnson has held progressive managerial positions in engineering and manufacturing throughout his career with REC Silicon.

Vice President of HSE, PSM, HR
Ms. Worley joined the organization in 1998.
Education: Ms. Worley holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Hygiene and a Bachelors Degree in OSHA from Montana Tech.
Career: Ms. Worley was previously the HSE Manager of the REC Silicon Butte facility, and prior to REC Silicon, Ms. Worley worked for Morrison Knudsen Corporation based out of Boise, Idaho.
