REC ASA - Rune Bjerke resigns as Member of the Board

Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC) has today been notified that Rune Bjerke has decided to resign as Director of the REC Board. The reason for Mr. Bjerke's decision is related to his new position as Group Chief Executive of DnB NOR ASA. His resignation will have effect as of immediately.
